We are Beard & Sabre - craft, hopped-cidermakers. It is our mission to combine the very best of British cidermaking with brewing to create exciting, unique drinks for independent bars seeking the ultimate point of difference.

We summon our ciders from 100% pressed, heritage variety apples picked and sacrificed on ancient orchards in Shepton Mallet. The cider is fermented using natural yeasts and left to mature for a minimum of two years. Our ciders are imbued with apple juice from the same season's pressing, adding body and flavour rarely found in commercially wrought beverages.

Finally, we infuse specially selected, British grown hops chosen to complement each cider's natural tannin and acidity to create interesting and unique drinks that are completely natural, both respecting British cider's ancient reverence, and honouring the long forgotten gods of cider.

Severn Cider is the home of real cider. We are a multi award winning artisan cider and perry maker.

We make whole juice draught and bottled ciders and perry using locally grown apples and pears. All of our cider and perry is made from freshly picked fruit.

Our ciders, perry and cider vinegar are 100% whole juice.  We only use fresh fruit, pressed and fermented with our indigenous wild yeasts.

All of our ciders, perry and cider vinegar are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

We have been making cider at our family home and now cider mill for three generations. Set within 4 acres of heritage orchards and established gardens, we are situated on the banks of the River Severn in Awre, the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

MR. WHITEHEAD'S CIDER COMPANY was formed in 2003 by Angus Whitehead, with the purpose of creating "Real Cider from the Heart Of Hampshire".

16 years on, the business has grown every year and now we have a broad range of cider, apple cider vinegar and freshly pressed fruit juice products. We also fill thousands of bottles of beer for our local brewers, juice and cider makers every year. Over the past 5 winters we've planted an orchard of 6500 apple trees, and combined with apples from our local growers and customers, we produce many different wonderful traditionally hand crafted ciders.

Here at Thornborough Cider we have been making small batches of award-winning dry sparkling cider from locally-sourced apples in the small village of Thornborough on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales since 2010. Our cider is hand-pressed each autumn on a traditional rack and cloth cider press only using selected local Yorkshire apples. It is then left to ferment with minimal intervention through the long Yorkshire winter before being bottled-conditioned in spring. Our cider contains a careful blend of over 50 varieties of apple and, unlike many ciders, it is unsulphited, unpasteurised and unfiltered.

 The farm at Burrow Hill has been pressing cider for over 200 years. In 1989 it was granted the UK’s first ever full cider-distilling license. They have been distilling their award winning cider into Somerset Cider Brandy ever since.
